At Dorlinar, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your item under the conditions outlined below.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
    • In their original condition
    • With all original tags and packaging intact
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required.

Free Return Shipping

  • We offer free return shipping on all eligible items.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions.

No Restocking Fees

  • Dorlinar does not charge any restocking fees for returned dresses.

Non-Returnable Items

  • There are no final sale items. All dresses are eligible for return as long as they meet the return conditions stated above.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly at no additional cost to you.
